1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service

1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between the subscriber of FlashDrama (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber") and SHAANXI YANZI WANGLUO KEJI CO.,LTD. This Agreement describes the rights and obligations between YANZI and the Subscriber regarding the use of the Service and related aspects. The term "User" refers to an individual or a single entity that enjoys the User Services provided by RCN. This Agreement constitutes a prerequisite for the user (whether individual or unit) to use the services provided by YANZI, unless the user accepts the terms of this Agreement, otherwise the user does not have the right to use the services, the user chooses to use the services behavior will be deemed to agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description

2.1 The Service is a service introduced out of the User's demand for automatic renewal of the Service, on the premise that the User has already activated the Service, to avoid the User's loss due to the User's inadvertent failure to renew the Service in a timely manner due to negligence or for other reasons. (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") for the next billing cycle, the billing cycle includes but not limited to monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the same), and the User can choose the billing cycle according to the billing cycle shown above. The premise of this service is that the user has bonded his/her YANZI account with the above limited account and the user can successfully debit from his/her above account.

2.2 Automatic Renewal of Fees refers to: Based on the premise of 2.1, YANZI collects the fees for the next billing cycle of the subscriber through the above account by way of deduction, the subscriber has to guarantee that YANZI can successfully deduct the fees from the above account, and the subscriber shall bear the responsibility for any failure of the renewal of the fees due to insufficient deduction of the debit balance in the above account.

2.3 The services provided by the YANZI to the user are limited to the use of the user and its associated platforms, any illegal means such as malicious cracking of the services provided by the YANZI and the platforms to carve out the behavior, are not part of the services contracted in this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator, and the YANZI shall pursue the perpetrator's legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

3. The rights and obligations of both parties

3.1 YANZI is responsible for providing users with specific information about the automatic renewal fee inquiry, but not responsible for printing the relevant invoices and forwarded to the user.

3.2 In the event that YANZI deducts the next billing period's fees through the subscriber's account mentioned above, the deducted amount will be recorded in the subscriber's payment record on the day of deduction, and the subscriber's validity period will be extended at the same time accordingly.

3.3 If there is an error in the deduction process, the YANZI and the subscriber should work closely together to identify the cause, and each party should bear the loss caused by the fault of the other party; if the loss is caused by the unequal faults of both parties, both parties should bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault: if the loss is caused by the fault of both parties, but it is not possible to distinguish between the faults of both parties, the loss should be equally divided between the two parties.

3.4 YANZI may according to its business development or technical upgrades and other changes or modifications to the contents of the services of this Agreement, the rules and terms, YANZI will inform the user of the relevant changes or modifications to the contents of the application or the website and other relevant pages of the publicity, but is not obliged to do so in a separate individual notice. If the user does not agree with the modifications of this Agreement, you can cancel the service has been obtained and stop using; if the user continues to use the services provided by the YANZI, the user is deemed to have accepted all the modifications of this Agreement.

3.5 The service by the user to choose whether to cancel, if the user chooses not to cancel, the user is deemed to agree to the YANZI in accordance with certain rules of the unscheduled deduction attempts, once the deduction is successful, YANZI will be opened for the user to the next billing period of the user's strict service.

3.6 If the price of the service is adjusted at/before the time of automatic renewal, the price currently in effect shall prevail.

3.7 YANZI does not charge any fee for the user to open the service, but has the right to decide whether to send and receive the service itself or the so-called automatic renewal question period and fee according to the business needs or market-oriented and other reasons, and publicize it to the user on the relevant page.

4. Validity period and termination of the agreement

4.1 This Agreement shall be effective from the time the Subscriber chooses to accept or use the Service until the time the Subscriber terminates the Service/cancels the Subscriber's eligibility.

4.2 The Subscriber has the right to terminate the Service at any time by selecting the termination option in the Subscriber's account settings, and the Service will cease to be provided to the Subscriber after termination.

4.3 The user has entrusted the YANZI to automatically renew the fee deduction instruction before the user chooses to terminate the Service is still valid, the fee deducted based on the instruction will not be refunded, and the user will bear the relevant responsibility.

5. Liability for breach of contract

In the event of a breach of contract by one of the parties, the contractual partner shall be entitled to compensation by means of a mutually agreed dispute settlement.

6. Subscription fees and periods

There are two subscription options for the product:

Monthly VIP, priced at $69.99, renews on a monthly basis on the last day of the month; if you want to cancel, just cancel your subscription

Annual VIP, priced at $169.99, renewed on a yearly basis, renewed on the last day of the yearly cycle; if you want to cancel, i.e., just cancel the subscription in the relevant interface

8. FlashDrama SVIP Subscription Agreement：

8.1 Service Description

8.1.1 The billing cycle of this service includes annual (one-year validity period), monthly (one-month validity period) and other billing methods, and the specific amount shall be subject to the payment SVIP page；

8.1.2 SVIP preferential policies, we will adjust the preferential policies from time to time, and the details of the payment page shall prevail;

8.1.3 If you have activated the Service and do not actively cancel the auto-renewal service before the expiration, the service fee for the next cycle will be automatically deducted to extend the validity period of the membership benefits. If the automatic deduction fails due to insufficient account balance or other reasons, the subscription service will be automatically terminated and your privileges will be suspended.

8.1.4 If you need to terminate the service, you need to manually cancel the subscription service in the subscription management of the Google Play Store, and the premium benefits will be stopped for the next service cycle.

9. Auto-Renewal Member Services Agreement:

9.1 Auto-renewal instructions

• Subscription term: 1 week (continuous weekly product).

• Subscription Price: 29.9/week for a monthly subscription.

• Payment: Payment will be credited to your iTunes account after you confirm your purchase and make payment.

• You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal through your account settings.
